On-Call Services

El Dorado Irrigation District (District), an irrigation special district organized and existing under the California Irrigation District Law (Water Code § 20500, et seq.), hereby gives notice that it is now accepting proposals for each of the following services to be performed on an on-call basis over the course of the next three (3) years from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2028 as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP):

1. Electrical Services – Industrial / Commercial / Communication
2. Fencing Services
3. Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services
4. Tree Faller Services
5. Crane Operator Services
6. IT Product Support Services
7. Plumbing Services
8. Mechanical Services
9. Hydraulic System Repair and Maintenance Services
10. Building Maintenance Services
11. Motor and Pump Repair Services
12. Small Engine (Generator) Maintenance and Repair Services

Note: You are not required to submit a proposal on all categories, only those which you choose; however, a separate, complete proposal must be submitted for each category. A condensed proposal covering multiple categories will not be accepted.
