The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure the services of a roofing contractor to perform miscellaneous skilled roofing installation, replacement, and repair work for the Facilities Management Department.

Background

The work will be assigned by Pierce County by work order number, addressing scope of work, unit prices and required time of completion. Work shall be performed in accordance with national, state, and local codes, and products shall be installed per the products manufacturer’s technical specifications and in accordance with recognized sound construction standards.
