Solicitation Summary

The City of Gaithersburg seeks Proposals to establish a Time and Materials (T&M) term contract with a qualified contractor to provide professional roof maintenance, repair, retrofit, replacement services, as well as waterproofing planters, decks, plazas, canopies, patios and all other associated roof services on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials (unless provided by the City), tools and equipment required to provide such services specified in this Solicitation .
