The City of Gaithersburg seeks Proposals to establish a Time and Materials term contract with a qualified contractor to provide professional roof maintenance, repair, retrofit, replacement services, as well as waterproofing planters, decks, plazas, canopies, patios and all other associated roof services on an as needed basis. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials (unless provided by the City), tools and equipment required to provide such services specified in this Solicitation.
