On-Call Roof Repair and Maintenance Services

The City of Bristol is seeking proposals for the on-call roofing repair and maintenance services for City and Board of Education buildings, on an as-needed basis, through January 31, 2028.

The City of Bristol will award the bid based on price, quality of service provided, and timeliness of services.

Proposals will be accepted via digital format by email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered to the address noted above. Responses received after the required due date and time will not be considered for award.  Email address for submission of proposals:

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposals) that in its judgment is in its best interest.
