Description
Project Description: Montgomery County seeks qualified professionals (“Consultant”) to provide right-of way acquisition services, on an as-needed basis for future road, bridge, and trail projects throughout the County. This RFP will be used to solicit firms for the Montgomery County Transportation Authority (“MCTA”, “Authority”), a municipal authority operating on behalf of Montgomery County to acquire and hold right-of-way for transportation projects.
