at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid forms are available on the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com on January 15, 2025.

The City of Springfield is seeking to obtain an agreement for On-Call Repair and Maintenance of Gym Equipment. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $150,000.00. The term of the contract awarded is for Three (3) years. This bid is subject to M.G.L. Ch.149 and other applicable procurement statues.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than January 22, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com). The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
