The City of Taunton is seeking Proposals from Real Estate Brokerage Firms that specialize in selling Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties in the Southeastern Massachusetts.  Taunton may need to dispose over 200 residential properties foreclosed through Tax Title and multiple Commercial and Industrial Properties taken through eminent domain.  Experience in selling foreclosed properties is highly desirable.
