The services under this contract include any maintenance, service, repair, replacement, alteration, upgrades, and installations to playgrounds for the Lawrence Public Schools, Massachusetts. These services include but are not limited to; the repairs of existing playground equipment, safety surfacing installations and repairs, pour-in-place surface installations and repairs, any other associated work for the maintenance, service, and repairs as needed.

The Lawrence Public Schools is seeking bids from qualified playground installation companies, as well as individual contractors, with at least five years experience and demonstrated ability to perform tasks in these and related fields.

The awarded contractor, upon receipt of an executed contract, will be responsible for visiting each playground listed herein to inspect and assess the existing structures. A report with repair or upgrade recommendations will be submitted to the LPS Facilities Manager within 30-60 days of the scheduled inspections.
