On-Call Professional Landscape Architectural Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for nonexclusive, “services-on-demand,” retainer-type professional Landscape Architectural services for miscellaneous landscape projects. Projects will be at various locations and will be on an as needed basis. The selected Consultants will be paid in accordance with pre-negotiated billing rates and a total not-to-exceed fee per project. Total Consultant Fees shall not exceed $750,000 per project unless a waiver is requested of and approved by the Director of Procurement prior to services being rendered.
