On-Call Professional Engineering and Consulting Services RFQ

The Town of South Hadley through its Planning and Conservation Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call professional engineering and other professional consulting services for Town departments, boards and committees, including but not limited to, the Planning Board and Conservation Commission.

All submissions to be considered must be prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the On-Call Professional Engineering and Consulting Services Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and in accordance with applicable provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B. Submissions not in the format as specified herein will be considered non-responsive. The fees are to be negotiated with firm(s) having the highest-ranked proposals.

Three (3) unbound hard copies and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive of all submission requirements must be submitted to:

Proposals are due Thursday, August 14, 2025 @ 1:00 PM.

The Town of South Hadley reserves the right to waive any informality in the submissions, to reject any or all submissions, or to accept any submission which it deems to be in the best interest of the Town of South Hadley.
