On-Call Professional Architectural Consulting Services

The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina is requesting qualifications from interested and qualified architectural firms to provide consulting services for all architectural phases of work on City facilities and buildings within the City limits of Rock Hill, SC. The City will give prime consideration to the Architect(s) with significant, current experience in the development, design, renovation, and construction of similar buildings and projects. Potentially qualified firms must demonstrate their corporate and individual staff experience in designing the proposed types of facilities in this area and an urban environment. The firm(s) should be well-versed in the permitting requirements of both the City of Rock Hill and South Carolina.
