On Call Plumbing Services

Project Description: Building Services Division of the General Services Department is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 180 buildings, including offices, fire stations, police division offices, and equipment shops, that house various City activities. The City also maintains cultural facilities, including museums and arenas that serve as venues for sports, entertainment, and other events. The Company shall provide commercial plumbing services on an on-call at various locations as directed by the City’s Project Manager. The Company shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to complete any requested services by the City. The Company shall respond to emergency calls for service within 2 hours. Services include all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the plumbing projects.
