REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS# 25-1005

ON-CALL PEER REVIEW SERVICES

The Town of Wayland invites proposals for on-call peer review services for Wayland Town Departments including Planning, Conservation, Health, Public Works, and Building. All RFP documents will be available starting Tuesday, June 24th, 2025 by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids. Proposals must be submitted electronically via www.commbuys.com before Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025; 2PM ET. A voluntary Proposer’s Conference will be held on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025 at 10AM ET via zoom. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6(d) the technical proposal and price proposal must be submitted separately. Additional information can be found in the complete RFP. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
