The City of San Ramon (“ City ”) requests a Statement of Qualifications (“ SOQ ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “ Respondent ” and collectively, “ Respondents ”) for On-Call Pavement Design Consulting Services (“ Services ”).

The City requires On-Call Pavement Design Consulting Services (“ Services ”) for comprehensive engineering design and the preparation of construction documents for various pavement projects.

Planned RFQ Schedule. The following schedule is provided for planning purposes based on current information. However, all dates are subject to revision, including the SOQ Deadline, and may be amended by addenda to this RFQ:

RFQ Issued: February 24, 2026
Request for Information Deadline: March 17, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
SOQ Deadline: March 24, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.
Interviews (if requested by City): March 2026
Notice of Selection: April 2026
