The City of Lawrence Public Schools invites bids from qualified contractors interested in providing painting services on an as needed basis for one year with two possible renewal years. Â Work includes painting maintenance and repair services and shall include, but not be limited to painting and priming walls, ceilings, doors, frames, railings and windows; wallpaper installation and repairs; applying joint compound and plaster to prepare walls and surfaces for painting; waterproofing of all types of masonry surfaces.
