Description
Project Description: Chatham County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide On Call Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design Services for the Chatham County Department of Engineering and such other County entities as Engineering shall concur. The contract(s) will be for one (1) year with renewal options for four (4) additional one (1) year terms with total fees not to exceed $250,000 per year, for each successful company. The intent is to award multiple contracts for this project.
