On-Call Landscaping Services

Ben Franklin Transit is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services at designated BFT facilities located in Benton and Franklin Counties. The selected Contractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality and dependable landscaping services which ensure our campuses are clean, safe, and well kept year-round. Services included in this RFP include mowing, fertilizing, line trimming and edging, tree trimming, weed control, sprinkler system maintenance and repair, weekly debris cleanup, snow removal, and additional landscape services as requested.

BFT is a municipal corporation that has provided public transportation services since 1981 within a 618-square-mile service area located in Benton and Franklin counties. This area includes the cities of Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser, and Finley, serving a population of approximately 228,992 residents. BFT's facilities included in the scope of this RFP include the Maintenance, Operations and Administration (MOA) offices, four (4) transit centers, one transfer center, and one (1) Park and Ride.
