On Call Landscaping Services

The New Haven Public School District is seeking qualified landscaping service providers to enhance and maintain the outdoor environments of its school campuses. The objective is to create safe, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally sustainable landscapes that support educational activities and community engagement.

Bidders must demonstrate experience in landscape maintenance for educational or similar institutions, provide proof of appropriate licenses and insurance, and outline their commitment to sustainability and safety standards.

All pricing shall include the required tools and equipment to perform professional jobs and meet the highest standards.

Each vendor has the option to bid on as many locations as they chooses, however Contractor must be equipped to perform the work at all locations they submit a bid on if all locations are awarded to them. City of New Haven and Board of Education can award all locations individually or Contractors may be awarded multiple locations pending pricing and what works best for the City of New Haven & Board of Education.
