On-Call Land Use Planning Services

Project Description: Pinal County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide the County with professional and flexible planning expertise to supplement staff resources in carrying out current and long-range planning functions. These services will help the County ensure effective land use regulation, orderly growth, and sustainable community development in compliance with applicable County plans, codes, and state and federal requirements. The on-call arrangement allows the County to access qualified planning professionals on an as-needed basis to support varying workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality public service.
