STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The County of Yolo seeks to establish a list of up to three qualified firms to perform audit services which may consist of, but not limited to performance audits, compliance audits, information system audits, internal control reviews, and agreed upon procedures as outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

These audit services will not include the County’s financial statement audit.

Upcoming audit projects that are under consideration for on-call auditors to undertake and complete in the next twelve months are:

1. Infor Cloud Suite Post Implementation Assessment

2. Safety and Risk Management Function Review

3. Work Order and Preventative Maintenance Review

Proposers who submit a response to this RFQ must have the ability to meet the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFQ.
