The intent and purpose of this invitation for bid is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to provide On-Call HVAC Repairs & Boiler Repairs & Refrigeration and Maintenance Services at Greater Lawrence Technical School (GLTS) on as needed for one year contract period with GLTS's Sole option to renew for two additional one year contract periods. Bid pricing must remain firm for the entire contract term. Plans and Specifications will be available on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Plans and specifications maybe obtained by electronically by emailing Cesarina Sanchez at cburgos@glts.net . Non-mandatory meeting would be held on Friday, June 06, 2025 at 9:00 am at Greater Lawrence Technical School.
