On Call Heating and Cooling, as needed

Invitation for Bid 2025-3: The Town of Dracut, MA, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors pursuant to M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive for On-Call Heating & Cooling repairs, maintenance and installations, as needed in Town owned buildings, within the Town of Dracut.

The IFB is available as of January 15, 2025, and can be downloaded at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx .  Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 5% of the total bid price.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington St, Dracut, MA 01826 and are due February 5, 2025, at 11AM, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith.
