until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on April 16, 2025 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.

Proposals must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Proposals properly received will be accepted.
