Description

Yolo County is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide on-call, as needed, Emergency Geosynthetic liner repair services at the Yolo County Landfill. The selected vendor (Contractor) will conduct liner repair and testing services to repair or improve existing or future geosynthetic liner surfaces on an as needed basis at the Yolo County Central Landfill. This may include assisting construction work on a floating cover geosynthetic liner that is part of the County’s In-Vessel Digester Facility. Specific work scopes and project assignments will be discussed and finalized at the time work is needed.

All services shall be performed as specified herein. Prices shall remain firm for the initial term of one (1) year.

Bidders who submit a response to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must have the ability to meet the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this IFB.
