On-Call Services for Architectural, Structural, MEP/FP, and Recommissioning Projects at Public Facilities

The Town of Needham invites statements of qualifications for On-Call Services for Architectural, Structural, MEP/FP, and Recommissioning Projects at Public Facilities. The Request for Qualifications and details regarding the submission requirements will be available beginning Thursday, October 31, 2024 at the DPW Administration Office in the Public Services Administration Building, 500 Dedham Ave, Needham, MA 02492, by calling (781) 455-7550, ext. 345, or online at http://needhamma.gov/bids.aspx .

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 @ 10:00am in the Charles River Room of the Public Services Administration Building, 500 Dedham Ave, Needham, MA 02492.

Sealed proposals will be received at the DPW Administration Office in the Public Services Administration Building until 1:00pm, November 21, 2024. Finalist interviews are tentatively scheduled for December 4, 2024.

The Town of Needham reserves the right to reject or accept any or all statements of qualifications if it is in the public interest to do so.
