Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking qualified firms to provide on‑call professional environmental science services, including environmental field investigations, technical analyses, and recommendations that support preliminary engineering, design development, and construction phase compliance. The work enables SPU to identify, characterize, and manage subsurface contamination through coordinated environmental investigations, analytical evaluations, and construction phase oversight. It supports SPU in maintaining safe, compliant, and on-schedule delivery of infrastructure projects. SPU anticipates awarding one (1) on‑call contract with an estimated value of $750,000 - $1,000,000.
