On-Call Environmental Consulting Services

The City of San Ramon (“City”) requests a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “Respondent” and collectively, “Respondents”) for On-Call Environmental Consulting Services (“Services”).

The City requires On-Call Environmental Consulting Services (“Services”) for biological resources assessment and reporting, wetland delineation, avian nest surveys, regulatory agency permit preparation and compliance monitoring, general environmental services, design services for public works and construction projects, and other related work.

Request for Information Deadline: September 30, 2025 by 10:00 a.m.
SOQ Deadline: October 9, 2025 by 2:00 p.m.
Interviews (if requested by City): October 2025
Notice of Selection: November 2025
Council Approval and Award: December 9, 2025
