2025 On?Call Environmental Consultant Services

Fresno County Department of Public Works and Planning is seeking professional on-call environmental consultant services necessary for various public works projects in the County of Fresno. These services will generally consist of, but are not necessarily limited to, the biological, jurisdictional waters, water quality, cultural, hazardous waste, farmland, noise, air quality, visual and community impact technical reports, memoranda and associated field work and coordination, in accordance with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Standard Environmental Reference (SER) for federally funded transportation projects. From time to time, environmental support services could be required for non-federal projects such as California State Revolving Fund projects or projects funded through a federal grant. Services could also include the preparation of a Preliminary Environmental Study (PES) form, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents and/or regulatory agency permit applications and coordination, swallow and bat exclusion plans and services, lead and asbestos testing, worker environmental awareness training, biological or cultural construction monitoring, preconstruction biological/species surveys, revegetation plans, land use planning and climate-related studies.
