On Call Engineering Services for Local / State / Federal Projects

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified licensed sources for general civil engineering services, through professional services competitive negotiation, to assist in local, state, and federal projects in the Town of Herndon. These projects include, but are not limited to, studies, surveys, designs, and construction administration. Services may also include related engineering disciplines, as needed by the Town of Herndon on an on-call basis.

The Town of Herndon is the third-largest town in the Commonwealth of Virginia and home to more than 24,500 residents. Amidst a 21st century Northern Virginia landscape of high-rise buildings, industrial complexes, and transportation hubs, Herndon maintains a small-town charm that is evident in its downtown, its neighborhoods, and its commercial areas.
