On-Call Engineering for the Public Works Traffic Section

Project Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of Rio Rancho to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for On-Call Engineering Services for the Public Works Traffic Section. Consultant shall be responsible for all coordination, engineering, studies, surveys analyses, and all other necessary documents to complete the preliminary or final design, construction estimates, specifications, and right-of-way mapping for the project. The Consultant may also be responsible for services during construction including office services and construction observation. The Consultant shall provide manhours or costs, as necessary or requested as part of this RFP, to take the currently scoped design to an additional phase should budget be available and approved.
