The City of San Ramon (“City”) requests a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “Respondent” and collectively, “Respondents”) for On-Call Energy Efficiency Consulting Services (“Services”).

The City requires On-Call Energy Efficiency Consulting Services (“Services”) for performing Investment Grade Energy Audit (IGA) of existing City systems and facilities, evaluating and proposing applicable energy conservation measures, project management, coordination and other related work.

Planned RFQ Schedule. The following schedule is provided for planning purposes based on current information. However, all dates are subject to revision, including the SOQ Deadline, and may be amended by addenda to this RFQ:

RFQ Issued: October 14, 2025
Request for Information Deadline: November 4, 2025 by 5:00 p.m.
SOQ Deadline: November 12, 2025 by 2:00 p.m.
Interviews (if requested by City): December 2025
Notice of Selection: January 2026
Council Approval and Award: TBD
Commence Services: March 1, 2026
