On Call Emergency Response Services for Volusia County

This Invitation to bid (ITB) outlines the services needed from a contractor(s) to assist Volusia County with the preparation and recovery efforts of assets during emergencies and natural disasters, with a particular focus on the distribution and collection of sandbags and proper disposal. Additionally, other efforts may be included but not limited to securing owned assets in an effort of protection and safety. Historically, Volusia County Government has owned assets that require preparation during hurricane season, and in natural disaster events and have encountered the need for sandbag distribution, removal and proper disposal post events. Additionally, other efforts have been needed to secure owned assets in an effort of protection and safety.
