ON-CALL EMERGENCY MASS FEEDING

On-Call Emergency Mass Feeding RFx, EPIN 06924P0025 The New York City Department of Social Services/Human Resources Administration (DSS/HRA) is issuing this RFP (RFx) to identify qualified vendors specializing in delivery of prepared meals and capable of operating in a post-incident setting to be on call to expeditiously provide food service to large populations at numerous feeding sites across the City. The resultant contracts for On-call Emergency Mass Feeding Services will be used by DSS/HRA and can be utilized by other Mayoral Agencies and non-Mayoral agencies of the City of New York for small to large-scale emergency incidents. Anticipated Initial Contract Term: 7/1/25 – 6/30/27 Anticipated Maximum Available Annual Funding: $9,000,000.00 with each service area not to exceed $1,800,000 over the two (2)-years contract term.
