There will be a mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on: April 24, 2026 at 10:00am, 21 East Aurora Street, Waterbury, CT. 06706. ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE Information Session IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.

Please note: There will be an additional mandatory meeting on May 7, 2026 at 10:00AM. If your company attended the 4/24/26 meeting, then your company need not attend.

The City of Waterbury, Bureau of Water, is seeking a contractor to provide on call line stop and insertion valve services across a full spectrum of pipe sizes, working under the direction of the Bureau of Water staff.
