On-Call Cultural Resources Assessment Services

Pierce County (hereafter known as 'the County') Planning and Public Works is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing Cultural Resource Assessment Services. The consultant(s) will provide services for Planning and Public Works divisions, including but not limited to the Office of the County Engineer, Maintenance and Operations, Sewer, Surface Water Management, and Development Services. Other County departments may utilize services as needed.

The County intends to hire multiple qualified firms to provide On-Call Cultural Resource Assessment Services.

Services anticipated include, but are not limited to, compliance with State, Local, and Federal archeological and historical site preservation regulations, including Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (Section 106), and Executive Order 21-02 . The consultants will also provide cultural resources services required through permitting and the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) process.
