On-Call Consultant Services

Shelby County Government (the "County") is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified Vendors to provide On-Call Technical Services for the MPO's Transportation Planning supporting the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), and other related plans. The On-Call Technical Services for Transportation Planning will include Air Quality Modelling using U.S. EPA's latest MOVES software, travel demand modeling using TransCAD®, assisting the MPOs in analyzing land use scenario model using either Community Viz or another appropriate software, and conducting various Corridor Level analyses (the "Goods and/or Services"). This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is being released to invite interested and qualified Vendors to prepare and submit proposals according to the instructions provided, where the successful proposer(s) will be selected and invited to enter into a contractual relationship with Shelby County for the Goods and/or Services outlined in this RFQ, and per proposal(s) received.
