On-Call Construction Support Services

The County of Sacramento (County), is soliciting proposals for construction support services consisting of construction management, inspection, and quality assurance services to augment and supplement County staff performing similar functions. The County intends to award at least two (2) and up to four (4) contracts, with at least two (2) contracts being specific to all Department of Transportation (DOT) projects and the other contract(s) applying to all other work. The estimated contract term is three years with two additional one-year optional terms. The cumulative term of the agreement may not exceed a total of five (5) years. The total estimated amount of all contract work is not to exceed $25,000,000.
