Overview

Summary

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market input regarding the structure, pricing, and administration of potential on-call construction contracts. Responses will inform development of a future solicitation (RFP) and are not binding.. This RFI is being used to collect industry feedback regarding the general project approach. RTD plans to seek contractors with demonstrated expertise in these services.

Background

RTD anticipates requiring on-call construction, repair, maintenance, emergency response, and small project support across its facilities and infrastructure. Work may include, but may not be limited to repairs to facilities and infrastructure, civil/site work, concrete, utilities, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tasks, and emergency stabilization.
