On-Call Construction Management and Inspection Services: Request for Proposals

The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District and the Las Virgenes-Triunfo Joint Powers Authority is seeking Proposals for On-Call Construction Management and Inspection Services: Request for Proposals . Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lvmwd , no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, February 20, 2026 .

The District/JPA is seeking the professional services from qualified firms to provide construction management and inspection services for multiple projects on an on-call basis. Construction management and inspection will be as-needed, and paid according to approved rate schedule as submitted by the selected consultant. The initial contract will be for one year for a maximum of $450,000 in contract value for all task orders issued under the contract per contract year, with up to four potential one-year renewal options (up to a total of five years). Renewal at the end of each contract year will be at the sole discretion of the District. Proposals shall include project manager/inspector(s) resumes, which highlight certifications and experience delivering similar projects. Proposals shall also include sample inspection report(s).
