NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS

ON-CALL CONCRETE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

SUBMITTALS OF PROPOSALS

One (1) written copy of the proposal, one (1) e-copy on a Flash Drive, and one (1) written copy of fee proposal shall be submitted in two (2) separate sealed envelopes:

1. Envelope One shall contain the proposal responding to this RFP, firm qualifications, and relevant experience. Envelope One shall also contain an electronic copy of the proposal and fees on a flash drive.
   

2. Envelope Two shall contain the fees to provide services in the proposal and the terms thereof described in Envelope One, including maximum limits not to be exceeded.

Proposals shall be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Postmarks and late proposals will not be accepted. The envelopes’ subject shall be “REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ON-CALL CONCRETE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES”.
