. The cutoff date and time for questions is Friday, March 14, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Jim Willis at (970) 542-3987 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
