On-Call Civil Engineering and Related Services

The City of Wilsonville is soliciting Proposals from prospective consultants interested in providing On-Call Civil Engineering and Related Services on an as-needed basis. The City intends to perform a competitive selection process based on a combination of price and qualifications consistent with OAR 137-048-130(3) and 200, and execute an On-Call Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with each of the selected consultants.

The requested engineering and related services consist of 17 categories, of which the City intends to select at least one qualified consulting firm for each category. The categories include General Civil, Land Surveying, Soils and Geotechnical, Transportation Planning, Inspection, Material Testing, Environmental Support, Transportation Systems Analysis, Telecommunication Network Design Support, Structural Design Support, Electrical Design Support, Plumbing Desing Support, Mechanical Design Support, Land Use Planning, Architectural, Landscape Architecture, and Economic Development services.

PSA’s with selected consultants will be valid through the end of the City’s 2026/27 fiscal year, ending June 30, 2027, with a renewal option at the City’s discretion for an additional two fiscal years. By City Procurement Policy and State of Oregon contracting rules, the maximum value of any Task Order or group of Task Orders associated with the same project is $250,000, irrespective of the time frame or fiscal year in which the work is performed.
