Description
Project Description: Rochester Public Schools (ISD #535) is requesting quotations from qualified contractors to provide on-call carpentry and related minor construction services on a time-and-materials basis.
The District will issue a purchase order for funding authorization. Work will be assigned and tracked through the District’s work order system.
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible respondent based primarily on pricing.
The District intends to award to one contractor to provide consistent service and coordination.
