CITY OF LAWRENCE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ON-CALL BROKER-REALTER SERVICES
The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) is soliciting sealed bids to contract qualified On-Call Broker Realtor Services for the marketing and sale of municipal surplus properties. Under this contract, the Department will call upon the selected consultant(s) on a project by-project basis.
Sealed Bids, marked Sealed On-Call Real Estate Brokerage Services will be received until 2:00 p.m.Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be opened and recorded.

at 9:00 a.m.on Wednesday December 10, 2025.
All interested bidders seeking further information about the project are encouraged to submit questions to the city.
