ON-CALL BROKER-REALTOR SERVICES

The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) is soliciting sealed bids to contract qualified On-Call Broker Realtor Services for the marketing and sale of municipal surplus properties.

Under this contract, the Department will call upon the selected consultant(s) on a project by-project basis. Sealed Bids, marked Sealed On Call Real Estate Brokerage Services will be received until 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 17, 2025 at the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be opened and recorded. Bid documents can be downloaded at https://www.cityoflawrence. com/Bids.aspx at 9:00 a.m. on Monday November 3, 2025.

All interested bidders seeking further information about the project are encouraged to submit questions to the city.
