REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
OUTREACH SERVICES
The City of Lawrence Office of Planning and Development
is
seeking
prop
osa
ls
from qualified firms
,
agencies, or individuals
to
provide engineering services for the City’s bridges on an on-call basis.
The selected appraisal consultant(s) would be engaged by the Department through a contract for a period of two (2) years, with an option for an additional one (1) year at the City’s discretion.
Sealed Bids, marked On-call Bridge Engineering Services will be received until 1:00 p.m.Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at the Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be recorded.

All interested bidders seeking further information about the project are encouraged to submit questions to the Office of Planning.
