On-Call Abatement/Maintenance Services

The University of Kansas (KU), Department of Environmental Health & Safety (KUEHS) is requesting proposals for On-Call Abatement/Maintenance Services for asbestos, lead-based surface coatings, and mold remediation. KU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals based on responsiveness, the firm's past performance, and other relevant factors. Based on the proposals submitted, KU may select one or more firms for a one (1) year contract with up to four 4 optional one (1) year renewals (up to five 5 years total).

The RFP SOW provides high-level details about our evaluation, including the evaluation criteria. Next, you should read the RFP Instructions, which are also located in the Attachments section.
