On-board Origin to Destination and Demographic Survey for SCT Bus System

Project Description: The Suffolk County Office of Central Procurement, on behalf of its Department of Public Works/Transportation Division, invites Proposals from qualified Contractors/Consultants, with demonstrable experience, to develop and conduct an on-board survey to obtain a current demographic and travel profile of Suffolk County Transit bus riders. The Consultant shall conduct the survey in English and Spanish and take steps to translate customer surveys into languages other than these as necessary, or to provide translation services while conducting customer surveys consistent with the DOT LEP guidance and the County’s language assistance plan.
