Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Divison intends to procure the Omicron CPC100 on a sole source to basis to Omicron Electronics Corp.



The proposed contract action is for parts for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
